 Articles of International Folklore Festival CIOFF - I.O.V.
Šumperk

1) Festival is intended for non-professional folklore ensembles
mainly.
2) These ensembles are executed on the basis offers. This offer have
to contain description and history of ensemble, fotos, eventually
video recording for preparing and organization I. F. F.
3) Maximum of participants for one ensemble is 32 people together
(including chievs, drivers ...).
4) The ensemble is come on a day which is arrangement
with organizers of festival in advance.
5) In a case that entry visas are needed, is ensemble obligated to
vindicate them on their own cost.
6) Every participant must have travel insurance. Officials are
responsibility for firsrt aid and insurance for the injury during
the public display.
7) The ensemble pay all traveling costs to the Czech Republic and
back to their country.
8) The ensemble which will attent the festival with own bus, receive
financial contribution for the moving through the Czech Republic.
The bus must be available for ensemble for all staying in the Czech Republic.
9) Ensemble which will going to the Czech Republic by air have
ensure the transfer from the airport to the venue I.F.F. and back
and also during the festival.
10) Food and accomodation are vindicated on hostels in two or t
hree bedrooms, toilet and showers are on every one floor.
11) Packet money is available for all members of foreign ensembles. Its height is
given by Czech section of C.I.O.F.F.
12) Ensemble must perform by the festival programme
and on the demand of organisers.
13) Time of performance is between 5 and 60 minuits with own live music.
14) Is forbidden to make performence out of festival without permit of officials.
15) Any additiional demands participants will be
solved individual via delegated hostess.
16) Officials are reserved privilege on cancel or change the term
of festival from financial or organizing reasons and in a case of extraordinary
events. In this case will be every ensemble
